Fall looks and trends for fall and winter 2021
Fall is all about warm hearts and warm looks. And this year, it’s all about light as well as we emerge from the stresses of the past few years. The silver lining that we didn’t expect to find? We rediscovered how much we love our outdoor spaces all year round for entertaining and enjoyment.
Of course, a fire pit table is at the heart of it all. We know, we’re biased – but with good reason, that warmth creates a wonderful aura as well as heat for everyone to gather around in the colder months up north (our current fave is the Aurora with her long elegant lines). And when that slight cool ocean breeze blows in for the ocean
And the decor lovers that we are, we’re excite about styling up our outdoor space to create an extra comfy and luxe zone for chilling by the fire with hot cocoa or opening up some champagne naturally chilling in the cool air (our propane cover / convertible side table is a must to create a convenient but very attractive tabletop area).
Our favourite looks this season are on the lighter side: The plaids characteristic of the season in lighter shades and stripes to help us transition out of the summer. Add a pop of pink or blue, or this year’s pale grey-green shades – and you have a visually calming and chic setup that’s Instagram-worthy and a delight for guests.
But we’re also about our solo moments with a glass of wine or hot cocoa to really appreciate our time outside, gazing at the stars or catching a few afternoon sun rays. Now that we’ve experienced it, we’re not sure if we’re ever living our lives indoors again in the fall and winter months.
